Welcome to Etimad Graphics. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and graphic design services. By accessing this website or hiring our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All content, logos, layouts, and custom designs created by Etimad Graphics (including specialized Islamic flyers, posters, and corporate branding) are protected by copyright laws.

Prior to Full Payment: All mockup designs and concepts shared with the client remain the exclusive intellectual property of Etimad Graphics.
Post Final Payment: Once the final invoice is fully cleared, the ownership rights of the final approved artwork will be transferred to the client.

2. Unauthorized Copying & Distribution

Our website employs protection mechanisms to secure our portfolio. You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, right-clicking, taking unauthorized screenshots, or distributing any design assets from this website without explicit written permission from Etimad Graphics.

3. Client Revisions & Approvals

We strive for 100% satisfaction. Revision limits and project timelines will be determined at the beginning of each project layout. Once a design is officially approved by the client and final project files are delivered, any further changes may incur additional service charges.

4. Delivery & Project Timelines

Etimad Graphics is committed to on-time delivery. However, timelines rely heavily on timely feedback and prompt communication from the client. We are not liable for project delays caused by a lack of response or late text/content provision from the client’s end.

5. Refund & Cancellation Polic

Due to the digital and custom nature of graphic design services, payments made for started projects or completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, a partial refund may be processed at our discretion, minus any processing fees.client’s end.

6. Limitation of Liability

Etimad Graphics will not be held liable for any copyright infringements on text, images, or assets provided to us by the client for the purpose of design integration. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure they own the rights to any materials they submit to us.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following any updates signifies your agreement to the modified terms.
